These works were produced through an ebb and flow process of of flux and heat application, revealing coppers material expressions through painterly abstraction.

Every jeweller and metal worker who uses copper experiences the wide range of these qualities when practicing soldering processes, yet conventionally the copper is returned to its manufactured form - camouflaging its visually versatile nature.
